Challenge deadline for the election

Election results will be Announced by 5 PM via email. 

Deadline to file election challenge (date received, not postmarked date).

Election window closes at 4PM. 

Election window opens. Electronic ballots will be sent to your personal email from Simply Voting with a link to vote. 

Deadline for new paper ballot requests (prior paper ballot requests will be honored)

Deadline to inform elections committee if candidate or designee will be observing

Announcement of the Run-off (sent with the results of the election)

Regular Rep council meeting; Candidates in contested elections will be invited to speak for 3 minutes with questions to follow for up to 5 minutes. Flyers will be distributed to members via email and will be posted on the UACT website.  

Deadline for email to staff announcing election window; deadline to request a paper ballot

Candidate statements will be posted on the UACT website and membership will be notified that they can review the candidates and any submitted statements.
